SCOPE OF SERVICES

It is essential that the times that traffic counts are recorded is known and understood in terms of normal traffic flow.

•Determination of E-days. These are days were the normal traffic flow would not be considered normal:

- Public holidays, long weekends, opening and closing of schools;

- Cyclical days related to the end of the month or pension payout days.

• Determination of N-days. These are generally days which can be classified as normal over a 6 to 8 week period.

• The RRAMS Grant DORA requires traffic counts be updated every three years.

• The RRAMS Grant DORA requires traffic counts be updated every three years.

• Minimum time period 12 hr count: 06h00 – 18h00, Monday to Thursday
